i got my orders today. well half of them at least.

im getting stationed in Norfolk onboard the USS Nashville, LPD-13.
sweet looking ship. the type of ship i was hoping for too. so hell yeah.

the other half of my orders im waiting for is my report date. in order to have a date to report, all the spots that are open for a particular ship must be filled. then its usualy 2-3 weeks after all spots are full that a date is set. so i might be here on hold for a month-and-a-half or so. but maybe not. it depends on how fast people sign up for the ship.

but its assome that i at least have a direction in this job.

yesterday was my LAST DAY of OS "A" school!!!!!
about fucking time!!

so now that im done with classes im on hold until they have orders ready for me. which will be monday, thats what the scuttlebutt is at least. (scuttlebutt is navy talk for rumors, or gossip as you civi's know it)

i want to be stationed on the east coast; probably Norfolk. but we'll see whats avialible when they're ready.

until then im just chillin out....

good old three day weekends

and my roomates mother came up from california (which is where he is from) so hes visiting with her for the weekend. very quiet at night. and ive been blasting MY music all day. also left his computer to my power.
mwahaha unlimited access.

i guess they both invited me for dinner tonight, and i said yes, being i have nothing else planned.

damn that means im going to have to dress "normal"...maybe i can find something in my collection to wear...

we had a pointless "security" brief today. three hours of different speakers getting up on stage putting out pretty much usless information that we have all heard twice while in boot camp, and now once more. and we have one of these "gatherings" once a year, and an abridged version before stopping at every foriegn port. its the same old stuff each time, oh but with different stats! i look forward to that. right..

i guess some things work themselves out.

so me and my roommate have gotton back on semi-good terms. the other day he started a conversation, and i responded; minimumly. i guess a couple of his buds heard me dicussing to my buds our situation, and they confronted him about it. and they convinced him that i was about to rip and kill.

and all changed from there.

so its not all to bad now. he goes to bed at a reasonable time. doesnt play that music stuff he listens to at night.

so its people like my roommate that provoke me to HATE people.

i wanted to get a good sleep last night, because i had class this morning. and i wanted to get to bed around 1030pm. which i did. in bed that is.

no sleep however.

why? my fucking roommate was up making a shit load of noise, blasting his fucking music (which keep in mind i do NOT like the style he listens too) talking on the phone at like 1200am, ironing his fucking uniform, lights all on, typing away watching miniclips on his damn computer. until fucking 0100am!!!!

FUCK!!! and im TRYING TO FUCKING SLEEP!!!!!!!!! DAMN BASTARD!!!!

also this "routine" of him keeping me from sleeping at a reasonable time has been going on for a week now. i dont know what it is, but we dont say a WORD to eachother anymore either. he just stopped talking one day, and me being the quiet-non-social type didnt try to instigate any more conversations. and now he has some grudge against me.

well i have one against him too. for being fucking inconsiderate.

just one more month of his shit......FUCK!!!

i am, currently, in the process of trying to switch rooms, because he is pissing the royal FUCK SHIT out of me.......damn ive never been so angry at one person like this.

if something doesnt change here soon i swear im going to fucking crack....
