Well. i got my job and leave date finally all sorted out. i wanted something in the electrical engineering area, but alas, there were not any openings. so, i looked in the electronics area, and, after looking at lots of possibilities, have choosen to work as an OS, otherwise known as an Operation Specialist. those are the people who work with the radar, weapon corrdinences, enemy tracking, and all that stuff. it sounds really awesome; plus the pay is NICE. the trade off was that the only openings for training were in October. longer wait than what i had hoped for, but hey, i can deal with it. so now i leave October 19. even so, i cant wait! just 10 months away...
